Key Responsibility
• Be responsible for the quality of the R&D work in the area of cell panel screening, target validation and assay development
• To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands.
• Lead a team and have responsibility to manage, mentor or train senior junior scientists.
• To collaborate with team members or other functional teams to ensure the timelines, deliverables, and problem solving when necessary.
• Be responsible for strategy and implementation of activities, and is ultimately responsible for the quality of the work and its interpretation.
• Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.
Qualifications
• PhD degree in cell biology, molecular biology, oncology or other related disciplines.
• 2~3 years of academic/industry related experiences.
• A strong publication record in molecular and cell biology research. Demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution in industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of cell biology, cellular signal pathways, cellular screening assays and familiar with cutting-edge technologies
• Independent scientific thinking and problem solving skills.
• Cross-team collaboration capability and strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Preferred qualifications:
• Overseas education and working experience
• Experience in cellular screening and MOA study is a plus
