1、As antibody platform leader, he/she is obligated to lead a 20+ staff team in offering antibody generation and characterization services.
2、He/she has rich experience in antibody filed and is obligated to provide strategic and scientific insights covering antigen design, conjugation strategy, animal immunization, hybridoma development, antibody purification, and antibody characterization.
3、He/she is responsible for developing antibody-related capabilities, including but not limited to antibody screening, genome editing for antibody display and high-throughput antibody expression, anti-drug antibody purification method development, etc.
4、He/she will be engaged in multi-tiered projects’milestone planning meeting, collaborating with other functional teams to develop novel antibody capabilities to ensure continuous business growth.
5、Participate in BD meetings and communicate closely with clients about project proposals, progress and data.
6. Keen on team building and development; obligated to guide and supervise team work and responsible for team talents cultivation.
1、Ph.D. degree in biosciences, including but not limited to biology, biochemistry and immunology.
2、Experience on development of ADA, NAb, Antibody pair, Biomarker antibody and etc.
3、Rich industry experience in antibody production and engineering will be preferred
4、Broad knowledge and solid insight in oncology and immunology drug discovery.
5、Familiar with common antibody formats and their cons and pros.
6、Highly motivated, work independently, strong analytical skills and summarizing strategies is preferred. Creative research achievement is a plus, e.g. Publication in high-ranking journal.
7、Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Chinese.
