Job Responsibilities:
• Manage internal biophysics resources to perform biophysics characterization from clients’ needs.
• provide strategic and technical oversight of biophysical assay deployment
• Responsible for the client engagement and study proposal from both scientific and business perspective
• Support integration of new technologies to enhance scientific excellence and productivity
• Collaborate with hit finding and other teams for integrated projects
• Mentor and develop selected scientists
Requirements：
• Ph.D in Biophysics or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in protein biophysics and drug development in a biopharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of biophysical methods, such as Biacore SPR, ITC, DSF, MST, NMR, Mass Spec, HPLC, CD et. al.
• Excellent interpersonal and managing skills with the desire to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in team management and collaboration
• FBDD related experience is preferred
