1. Perform compound weighing, stock solution preparation, working solution preparation,
calibration standard and QC preparation, sample pre-treatment procedures, etc., according to
the methodology and related documents.
根据实验方法和相关文档进行化合物称量，母液和工作液配制，标曲和质控样本配制，
样本前处理等。
2. Prepare reagents including but not limited to mobile phase, washing solution, etc., and
document the preparation procedures.
配制溶剂包括但不限于：流动相、洗针液等并记录配制过程。
3. Work with sample manager to request and return samples for sample analysis inWatson LIMS.
样本分析时协同样本管理员，用Watson LIMS领用并归还样本。
4. Report technical issue to PI/SD during the conduction ofstudy.
在项目进行过程中将技术问题汇报给项目负责人。
5. Work with PI/SD to complete the bioanalytical method validation and sample analysis studies
in accordance with the study protocol, methodology and SOPs.
根据项目生物分析方案、方法和标准分析规程配合项目负责人完成生物分析方法验证，样本分析。
6. Operate balance, liquid handler, vortexer, LC-MS/MS or other analytical instrument for
sample preparation, data collection andprocessing.
能操作天平、移液器、震荡器、液质联用和其他分析仪器等制备样本、采集和处理数
据。
7. Coordinate with relevant functional groups to ensure smooth conduction of the project.
与相关功能组合作，确保项目顺利进行。
8. Follow PI/SD’s instructions to complete other works.
按照项目负责人要求完成其他相关工作。
9. Perform duties complied with the related SOPs and according to OECD, USFDA and NMPA,
etc., GLP guidelines as well as other applicable regulations.
据SOPs和OECD, USFDA和NMPA等等GLP 法规和其他适用的法规开展工作。
1. Must have experience or be trained with the requirements of USFDA, NMPA andOECD GLP
regulations as well as other applicable regulations.
必须具备USFDA，NMPA和OECD GLP 法规要求的培训经历或者工作经验。
2. All scientists involved in the conduct of study shall have at least a bachelor’s degree or
equivalent in chemistry, pharmacy, biology or other relevant fields, and have corresponding
professional qualifications and abilities, and have received proper GLP/GCP and SOPs
training.
所有参与项目的实验人员应取得化学、药学、生物学或其他相关学科的学士及以上学位
（或同等学历），并具备相应的专业资格认证和技能水平，接受过相应的GLP/GCP以及SOP培
训。
3. Strong communication skills, including reading, writing and verbal communications, and
outstanding interpersonal skill are essential jobrequirements.
具备工作基本要求的良好的沟通交流能力，包括阅读、书写和口头表达能力以及出色的
人际交往技巧。
4. Must be able to openly share information and work in a team-oriented manner in order to
accomplish performance objectives.

5. Proficient in reading, comprehension and writing in English.
具备熟练阅读、理解，书写英语文档能力熟练阅读、理解和书写英文文档。
6. Proficient in biological sample pre-treatment methods including but not limited to protein
precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction.
精通生物样品预处理方法，包括但不限于蛋白沉淀，液液萃取和固相萃取。
7. Proficient in the operation of balance, liquid handler, vortexer, LC-MS/MS or other analytical
instrument.
精通操作天平、移液器、振荡器、液质联用以及其他分析仪器
