• Lead and conduct in vivo pharmacology studies in large animals, including study design and project management.
• Serve as technical leader, driving project progress and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of project data.
• Engage in client projects, responsible for technique discussion with global clients and partners.
• Guide and foster team members to build scientific research capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date on scientific breakthroughs and industry trends in large animal pharmacology field.
• Provide scientific support to Business Development teams and clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biology's large animal pharmacology capabilities, working closely with other WuXi’s Business Units.
• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant industrial experience, with hands-on experience and management of large animal pharmacology projects.
• Strong background in pharmacology, skilled in large animal disease models and in-life techniques.
• Strong scientific knowledge, able to independently design and lead sophisticated projects.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of managing and coordinating projects with global clients and partners.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) is preferred.
• Abroad study or work experience is a plus.
