工作职责：
1. 负责肿瘤模型的构建和抗肿瘤待测化合物的体内筛选；
2. 配合项目主管设计新药筛选的体内药效学实验并开展相关研究；
3. 及时、准确、完整、科学地记录实验结果，审核数据，分析问题，总结实验结果并撰写研究报告；
4. 能够根据项目需要，完成文献检索并进行相关调研报告的撰写；
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the construction of tumor models and in vivo anti-tumor compound screening；
2. Cooperate with the study director to design in vivo pharmacodynamics experiments and carry out relevant studies;
3. Record experimental results in a timely, accurate, complete and scientific manner, review data, analyze problems, summarize experimental results and write study reports;
4. Conduct literature search and write study reports according to project requirements;
任职资格：
1. 肿瘤、免疫学、生物学等相关专业硕士学历；
2. 具有独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；
3. 熟悉大鼠和小鼠的基本实验操作，同时掌握分子和细胞相关技能者优先；
4. 吃苦耐劳、责任心强，有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神；
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in tumor, immunology, biology or other related field;
2. Ability to analyze and solve problems independently;
3. Familiar with the basic operation of rats and mice, and master molecular or cellular related skills is a plus;
4. Hard-working and responsible, strong learning ability and good team spirit.
