岗位职责：
1. Cooperated with customers, maintained efficient communication with all functional departments of the company, and provided bioanalysis technology evaluation and process consultation for the introduction of new projects.
2. Cooperate with the project team, and timely and accurately transfer project information to the corresponding responsible person. Track and audit the progress of the project, coordinate and support the project delivery on time.
3. Master the basic principles and technologies of LC-MS/MS, provide technical support for the establishment of analytical methods and the interpretation of data to ensure the quality of the project.
4. Familiar with global GLP quality system and guideline of biological analysis. Provide technical support during regulatory department or customer audit.
5. Continuously improve the project management system, and assist in achieving the department goals and development plans. Assist to establish departmental resource planning and identify risks and opportunities through project management.
6. Optimize the team's workflow and improve efficiency; Analyze project characteristics, input and output, assist department to make strategies to meet development needs.
7. Understand the cutting-edge information of drug development, and help the development of new technologies and new modalities of the department.
岗位要求：
1. Master's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Biology or Analysis with 5 years of relevant work experience.
2. Master LC-MS/MS technology.
3. Good communication and coordination skills in Chinese and English.
4. Experience in team management.
